This Privacy Policy describes how AI Chat Pak ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and services at aichatpk.com.
Information we collect
- Account info: email, name, and authentication identifiers.
- Content you submit: chats, prompts, uploaded files (Sources), meeting URLs, and audio.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps, basic device info.
- Billing data: handled by Stripe; we never store your full card number.
How we use information
- To operate the service (run AI models, store your history, process payments).
- To improve features and troubleshoot issues.
- To send service emails (e.g. password resets, billing receipts).
Third-party processors
We rely on the following sub-processors to deliver the service: Supabase (database/auth), Stripe (payments), Lovable AI Gateway (model routing), ElevenLabs (voice), Replicate/Veo (video), Recall.ai (meeting bot), Google Search Console, and standard cloud hosting providers.
Data retention
We retain account and content data while your account is active. You can delete individual chats, sources, or your full account at any time from Settings or by emailing support@aichatpk.com.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your personal data. For GDPR/CCPA requests, email support@aichatpk.com.
Children
AI Chat Pak is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is gated by authentication and row-level security policies in our database.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version with a revised "Last updated" date.
