If you're not satisfied with a Pro subscription, email support@aichatpk.com within 7 days of your first payment and we'll issue a full refund.

After 7 days

We do not offer prorated refunds for partial subscription periods, but you can cancel any time and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

Excessive usage

Refunds may be declined if more than 25% of the included credits, images, or videos have already been consumed.

How to request

Email support@aichatpk.com with the email on your account. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
